Dear Friends of Peacock,
After careful consideration, and with an abundance of caution, we have made the decision to cancel An Island Affair, which had been planned for March 21. Health is one of our core values, and with the uncertainty around COVID-19 and the importance of minimizing the risk of transmission to vulnerable members of our community, we felt it was best to make the decision now.
Our spring celebration is typically our largest fundraiser, representing 25-30% of our annual donated funds, which enable us to provide tuition assistance, deliver caregiver education programs, and offer programs for parents, caregivers, families and children in our community. While we’ll miss getting to see everyone in person, we’d be grateful if you’d take this opportunity to make a contribution today in support of our programs. You can do so through our website, by sending a check directly to Peacock, or through One Call for All.
