Open Play at Peacock Family Center provides the opportunity for parents and caregivers to play with their children within a safe and fun community of friendship and support.
The indoor open play area includes developmentally appropriate activities for children. These activities include art, imaginary play, climbing, a reading corner, building and sensory exploration. The indoor open play area also includes places for quiet retreat.
Our outdoor play space invites gross motor activity, fort-building and hands-on learning.
Our main play space has been designed for families pregnant through 6 years of age. Older siblings are always welcome to play a game, put together a puzzle or paint with siblings.
