The mission is to create hope and opportunity for low-income Kitsap County residents by providing resources that promote self-sufficiency. Services cover a wide range of needs including prenatal care, childhood education, housing and energy assistance, employment and training, Early Learning and Family Services Head Start , Early Head Start, and ECEAP (Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program) .

A diverse online group based on community and respect. Bainbridge Island community members participate in the group to exchange information and discuss issues of importance to families.
